A year ago, I was entrusted with the responsibility of designing the logo for the College of Education's student publication for a limited time. With only an hour on the clock, I poured my heart into creating a logo that would represent the essence of the publication. However, deep down, I knew it fell short of my expectations. The edges were rough, and the design didn't capture the true essence of the publication.
Disappointed with the initial outcome, I couldn't bear the thought of the logo looking unsatisfying. Determined to create a design that truly reflected the spirit of the publication, I decided to revamp the logo.
The original logo featured three elements: the torch, known as the Sulo, a pen, and a book. In the new logo, I have chosen to preserve the torch and pen icon as a symbol representing the entirety of the publication. This icon have been transformed into a classic emblem that is commonly associated with educational institutions.
